Thanks to Ian's mom, Soumya, for sharing this interesting article about metacognition. It is such a useful skill for kids to learn. I haven't explicitly used the word metacognition with the kids yet, but I will now!

Also, there is another link to teaching kids about neuroplasticity within the article above. I spent some time at the start of the year teaching the kids about this concept and they often refer back to it.
